It's The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

December is finally here, and you know what that means- Christmas!  It is my FAVORITE time of the year.  Our decorations are up and shopping is almost complete.  We will have a busy month of traveling, but that goes along with it and we are very excited to spend time with the family. 

Georgia Blair is showing more and more personality each day!  I must admit that she may look like me, but she acts just like her daddy- they are two peas in a pod!  They are both strong-willed (which I call hard-headed) and independent,  which has made for a very interesting battle of wills.  With that said, when it comes to GB, Daddy is as soft as they come.  So that leaves me with having to practice the art of patience, alot!  :)

Santa Claus is Coming to Town...
We are trying to read books and show her different pictures of Santa so that she will get used to the idea of him.  We are going to attempt to visit the jolly old man this weekend, so I am curious to see how that goes!  If you ask her what Santa says she will say, "Ho,Ho,Ho- Merry Christmas!"

She's Got the Rhythm...
She LOVES music and she will just sing and sing.  Her latest favorite is "Jingle Bells", with a thick southern accent (which makes it even cuter).  Just like everything else in her life, the mood has to be just right to bust it out.  I have yet to catch it on camera, because as soon as I go get it she has stopped and moved onto something else.  She does a nice rendition of  "Old McDonald" and "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" too!
